Loft Conversion – Overcoming Structural Challenges

We were proud to be the first to successfully carry out a loft conversion on this street, setting a new benchmark for what's possible in the area.

Due to limited existing ceiling height, our team overcame the challenge by lowering the second-floor ceiling—a technically complex structural alteration. This solution allowed us to meet the required minimum headroom and secure full Building Control approval. The result is a bright, spacious, and fully compliant loft space that adds significant value and functionality to the home.

Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

The kitchen was completely reconfigured and refurbished with a high-spec modern finish, including:
